About

Hi, I’m Geraldine! Originally from Chile, I moved to Germany in 2017 and am currently based in Berlin. Over the years, I’ve cultivated my passion for cooking, plant-based nutrition, and sustainable living. Though my journey began with a degree in business administration, I quickly transitioned into a world that truly resonates with me—wholesome food, yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health. Having lived in Chile, Australia, and Germany, these diverse experiences have shaped my approach to nourishment, community, and sustainability.

I’m currently studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist while exploring how Food Design and Permaculture can transform not only our plates but the world around us. I offer my services as a private holistic chef, specializing in culinary medicine for events, catering, and retreats, where I create beautifully curated, plant-powered meals. Additionally, I guide clients as an Ayurvedic and holistic nutritionist and teach yoga at various studios across Berlin. I’m also collaborating with Impact Hub Berlin to develop and manage their sustainable gastronomy project, featuring specialty coffee and zero-waste cooking initiatives.

My work is deeply inspired by food design techniques, as I believe in the power of aesthetics and artistry to nourish both the body and the soul. In my kitchen, every ingredient tells a story. From fermentation to mindful sourcing, my goal is to create food that is as sustainable as it is delicious. I believe that conscious eating not only impacts personal health but also contributes to the health of our planet.

Beyond food, I’m a certified yoga teacher, integrating wellness practices to offer a holistic approach to health. My philosophy is rooted in the connection between personal well-being and the natural world, with permaculture principles and nature’s beauty deeply embedded in everything I do.

In my free time, you’ll find me immersed in yoga and movement, enjoying natural wines, discovering specialty coffees and regional handcrafted foods, and exploring second-hand fashion and styling. I love to travel, discovering new cultures and plants, experimenting with fermentation, and spending quality time with friends!
